Loading GEDCOM profiles without BD or Death date ?

When loading a GEDCOM file I tend to not load profiles that don't have a birth date or death date especially when those are the only details attached to a profile name. Is that a good practice ? ... JSGB ..

That's an excellent practice, Jerry!

In fact, WikiTree policy is to require at least one date - either birth, death, or marriage - to create a profile, although we are permitted to estimate based on relationships with family members whose dates are known.  If you ever do estimate a date, please put a statement about what the estimate is based on in the narrative portion of the profile and also put the following at the top of the free text section:

{{DateGuess}}

Thank you for being so conscientious!
