It looks like I-yoo-Que could be a Cherokee Indian name for Catherine Harris. The results of a Google search you may want to check out:

Its her Indian name.   One of my mom's cousins has more information.  We keep in touch via Facebook.  I will get back to you as soon as I get answer back from her.

Hi, Catherine Harris is my Great, great, great grandmother.  I would love to have more information  about her if you can provide any.  My grandmother, Beulah Hanna Dunn always said there was Indian in our family but we haven't been able to find proof.  I came across her name on another website with the indian name.  If you could please send any additional info that would be awesome.  Thank you.
