I'm searching for my mothers biological father history in and around glennwood ark

I'm searching for any information on Fred Tilley of Glennwood, Ark. My mothers name is Lois Geneva Faye Tilley later adopted by  Williams.  I'm just trying to find any history of my mothers family history on my grandfathers Tilleys' side. I have been told that I closely resemble my great grandmother Ann Tilley. Mother of Fred Tilley.
