Looking for family members of Bertie Sullivan Harris

She is my husband's grandmother.  His parents passed away when he was a baby. He was adopted. We don't know much about this part of his family.  I know he has a half sister and some aunts, but have no clue as to how to find them. I would love to be able to connect him with this side of his family.
