If Agnes Payne, daughter of Josias, was born in 1739, she is not likely the one who married William Mitchell if they were married in 1749. If Agnes Payne Mitchell died in 1766, she is not the one referenced in the 1784 will. The Agnes Michel Payne born in 1778 would not be the daughter of Josias Payne unless he sired her at the age of 73 which of course is possible but not likely since his wife Anna Fleming would have been 69 at that time, so probably the next generation of Paynes. According to those negatives, there are not at hand facts or numbers that would rule out Agnes Payne Flood as the granddaughter mentioned in the will of George Payne and in the will of Josias as Agnes Michel. But those negatives don't prove the positive. Am I getting this right?
