My grandfather is George Irving Vaughan, 1872-1913 Virginia, but I cannot find his parents - can anyone help me?

The Find A Grave Memorial for him lists him as buried in Hanover County. Chances are, that is where he was born. The following record might be a transcription error for the middle initial (T vs I). Henrico County borders Hanover County. You may want to investigate:
