Based on the children born to John and Anna shown in Frank Gill's answer, John and Anna were living in Fremont Twp., Butler, Iowa, in 1910.  They are hard to find because they were enumerated with the last name Right.  There are nine children living with them.  Anna says she came to the USA in 1881.  John and Anna have been married for 28 years.("United States Census, 1910," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:ML1H-3B4 : accessed 4 January 2016), Anna E Right in household of John G Right, Fremont, Butler, Iowa, United States; citing enumeration district (ED) ED 79, sheet 4B, NARA microfilm publication T624 (Washington, D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, n.d.); FHL microfilm 1,374,407.)

So, she would have been about 21ish when she came to the USA.

Annie Raich and John Wright were married on 16 Feb 1882 at New Hampton, Chickasaw, Iowa,("Iowa, County Marriages, 1838-1934," database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XJZ7-H6G : accessed 4 January 2016), John Wright and Annie Raich, 16 Feb 1882; citing New Hampton, Chickasaw, Iowa, United States, county courthouses, Iowa.)
