The category for Mayflower Passengers on WikiTree is found at this URL:

http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Mayflower_Passengers

This count does not include Oceanus Hopkins and Peregrine White who were born on the Mayflower.

I believe that Wikipedia has categories for the crew of the Mayflower, who are not counted as passengers on WikiTree.

I have a list of passengers who signed the Mayflower Compact.  I got this in 2008 from the following web site.

Shouldn't we just be able to pull them all up by a category in WikiTree?
by Bobbie Hall G2G6 Pilot (340k points)
They all are in a WikiTree category.  The Mayflower Descendants born before 1700 (and any grandchildren of the original passengers born after that date) are being put in another category.
