Why do you have 3 extra children for Jonathan Edwards, the theologian?

What does green font mean in distinction to black font?

The black font is used merely to make it more visible. Names, birth information, wives and death information are in black so they stand out.  (Also, I added the profile number for Jonathan and the tag "Edwards" to your question so it will get the proper attention.)

And thanks for bringing the problem to our attention.  Someone added the extra children, but no one caught that two of them are duplicates. It appears that Joseph was the son of a Jonathan Edwards, but not THIS Jonathan, so he was attached to the wrong parents.  (The Biography does have only the correct children.)
