Did the Plamondon family ever live in the hills of Belmont, CA?

in the early 1960's my brother had a paper route. He had a custom named Plamondon in Belmont CA.

 they moved away and I would like to know more about that family.

thy had horses on their property for recreation for the children to ride on.

any help with tis subject?
