I have tried here and am afraid I just don't understand the directions. Thank you.

Julie. I moved a large file from another site using the GEDCOM transfer and regret the move. It has taken for ever to sort out and I am still finding problems. If you do try to do it transfer then transfer only small portions of the tree at a time. I would keep the transfer at less than 25 profiles.

I guess with aAncestry you can 'EXPORT' your file as a GEDCOM look at export. Then submit to Wikitree. See the Wikitree Help File.section

We ask you to consider this carefully after reviewing your GEDCompare report. See Before importing a GEDCOM and the GEDCompare instructions.}

To be honest I would enter all the information manually!! It is however worth running your GEDCOM through Wikitree GedcomCompare to try to find any problems before you start.

My problems were not with Wikitree but with the GEDCOM I imported.

I am not a Wikitree expert this is just my experience.
