When did Countess Sophia von Isenberg live? [closed]

Question

There seem to two be very different theories:

1. She was born before 1200, got married in 1237 and had numerous children. 
2. She was born about 1220, got married in 1258 and her husband passed away roughly the same year - no children. 

For the date of the marriage I am inclined to accept the first date as one of her husband's children is called Sophia - it seems fair to assume that she was the mother.

Sofie/Sophie/Sophia was a fairly common name during this period, so I don't think we can assume that just because one of the children is named Sophia that that was also her mother's name?

Looking at the dates you mention it seems possible that there are 2 different Sophies, but somewhere they have been made into the same person?
