Loving the Mentor Tips! (I know, a little late to the show)
One thing I've learned with working with new users is that they often don't understand hyperlinks and how to recognize/use them. Therefore a HUGE part of the WikiTree experience is left completely in the dark for them.
For that reason, I've found it important to point out that when looking at the "Changes" log, you can click on the "underlined action phrase" to see an actual before and after of the specific change that was made...
I plan to start using these Mentor Tips to help explain concepts to newbies, so I wanted to include a follow up on how much more useful the "Changes" log is when you realize, in WikiTree, if it's underlined - it's a link to more info concerning the underlined subject. Click it, use it, then click "Back" to get back to what you were.
Sometimes, as we're pontificating about advanced literature and beautiful poetry, we forget what it was like to learn "what sound does an A make". Therefore a communications barrier opens up between the teacher and the student.
Thank You Mags! These Mentor Tips are awesomeness all over!
