Two profiles should be merged, but are already set as rejected matches, so how do I merge them?

Wynne-956 & Wynne-959 are the same person.  When I try to merge them, I see they are already set as a 'rejected match,'  Not sure how to correct this.

You need to remove them as rejected matches first, the propose the merge again with the new information.
