We have added a new Mentor in the past few days. As the discussion between the leaders progressed about this new Mentor, another Mentor stepped-up to offer an incredible piece of advice she received from this new Mentor a long time ago...
"She told me to write an email to the person that had made me mad, but, leave it in my drafts folder. Then in a week or so, look at the email and delete it...."
If you revisit an issue after a time of being "still" with it, the issue may not be as big as it once was.
