Who are the parents of Lucretia Desjarrie (LeServe) Fontaine?

+5 votes

Lucretia Desjarrie was born 1690 in County Cork, Ireland.  She migrated to Virginia with her husband James Fontaine, Jr. in April 1717.  Along with Lucretia and James, their daughter Elizabeth Fontaine and Lucretia's mother came with them.  Lucretia passed away December 28, 1739 in King William County, Virginia.  With all this information, one would think I can find something out about her parents, especially her mother.  Other than this, does anyone have any clues that will help me find out more information on this ancestor?

20160613 UPDATE: I learned received an email from someone where Lucretia was born.  Her maiden name according to her marriage record in Cork, Cork, Ireland, was not Desjarrie but Leserve.

I've been going nuts trying to find the passengers list.  Once I find that, I should be able to learn "something" - "anything" - about her mother.  I don't know if she crossed the ocean under Desjarrie, Des Jarrie, Jarrie as many changed to, Jarry, or another name such as her maiden name or a second husband's name.  All the information I provided is all the information I have.  In my research, I came across Ysabel Desjarrie of France numerous times but could never make the connection to Lucretia.

I doubt that helps, but let me know if I'm wrong.  Thanks for inquiring.
