Do you have a question the book?
There is mention of a Susannah Frock, daughter of Peter Frock from Westminster

Maryland having married an Adam Beaver and moving to New Philadelphia, Ohio.

Maybe to start or work at New Acme Printing Press.  I would like to have this

Marilyn Chrest

Which of the two is the Susanna Frock in your question?

Name: Susanna Frock
Gender: Female
Christening Date: 06 May 1865
Birth Date: 24 Dec 1864
Father's Name: Peter J. Frock
Mother's Name: Eliza A.

Name: Susana Frock
Gender: Female
Christening Date: 15 Apr 1810
Birth Date: 11 Dec 1809
Father's Name: Peter Frock
Mother's Name: Elisabeth

What year did Adam Beaver marry Susannah Frock? Does the book have the year of her birth or Adam's birth or the year they moved to New Philadelphia, OH?

Dear Sir:

It would have been Susana Frock Birth Dec. 11, 1809.  I have e-mailed many

Beavers but many no answers.  I have no clue when Adam Beaver married

Susannah.  And I don't know the year they moved to New Philadelphia, OH.

Do you happen to know where you purchased that book - or where I could

find another one?  I was hoping that that book would be able to tell me about

them.  I ordered the book from Ancestrial but they never sent it - I'm out of

money.   I found that information from one small paragraph found a few weeks

ago, just saying who they were, related to the Beaver Family and where they

went and to the company.  That is all I have to go on.

Thank you for such a quick reply.

I didn't think I would get anything back on this.

If this is the author of the book, the book must have been writen quite a while ago.

Name: Walter Wilbert Gruber

I've heard that a good way to do genealogy is to start with a generation that you know about, and then trace back to the next earlier generation and so on.

I think I saw names you wrote when I was looking up information on the

author.  There is informaiton in about him.

In checking Adam Beaver at I did find an Adam Beaver who served in the Civil War and received a pension. An Adam Beaver became an invalid, maybe from a would from the war.

I have not purchased the book. It does not seem to be available at a local library. There are three public library locations in New Philadelphia, Tuscarawas Co., OH. You might be able to get the book on an inter-library loan if it's at one of those libraries.

I will try those libraries.  And one again thank you for trying to help me.

Many people claim that Susannah Frock married a Coppersmith - not

a Beaver.  I, being very new at this have been working with

a lady on paperwork that I found at the Historical Society claiming that

a Susan Harman (my relative) was married to Coppersmith.  If it was

Susannah and Adam in Ohio, then at least I will know where my relative

ended up.  These people started out all around the same area. And

Susan's birthday was 1808 - 1876.  Susannah Frock was 1809  and I think

1876 (been a while - not sure).

But thank you,
