Deleting relatives by adoption

How do I ensure that relatives that aren't really relatives are added. They were in the GEDcom file, but I know they are my mother's adopted father's family.  I am in the process of looking for my mother's biological father. I have no means of confirming any ofmy (adoptive) grandfather's ancestry, so wouldn't this be the better way? The majority of the issues from the GEDcompare report come from this side.

I'm not sure what your question is about but If the names appear in the file, they will be compared and you will see the results in your GEDcompare report. Therefore, if they don't already have matches on WikiTree, they will be added when you confirm after reviewing your report.
