Sarah Dare was born in WV circa.1826 and she married Reuben Warren Siers, my 2nd great grand-uncle, December 7, 1843. Together they had four boys and three girls. Sarah died in Nicholas County, WV and while her death date is unknown, the 1880 US census shows her living in Nicholas County with husband Reuben and three of their children. Sarah's age was 54 in 1880 and Reuben was 59. I show nothing in my tree suggesting Native-American ancestry for Sarah although that could have been the case.
