How can I adopt a profile that is private but has no profile manager?

Question

I seem to have accidentally NOT made a profile 'open' before removing myself as the profile manager.  I only noticed when I needed to add the person as a mother to another profile.  

I tried to adopt the profile back to fix it but it won't let me saying its private.  

It was mine to start with.  How can I resolve this?

The profile is not public, so it cannot be adopted. Email info@wikitree.com and explain the problem. They will help you out.
