John Scott married to Margaret Duncan Scott

Question

John Scott was born in Selkirkshire, Scotland in 1745 moved to Georgia USA in 1775 and died 1792 in Georgia.  had 5 children, William, John, Mary, Agnes and Margaret.  Does anyone know of them? i would appreciate this.  ALso trying to find out info on a William Scott born approx 1765 +- yrs, living with his wife Elizabeth Rieves in the early 1800's in Screven County, GA.......

Hi,  interesting to run across your family information.  My ancestor, Archibald Scott, b. 1765 in Scotland and died 1814 in Franklin Co., GA, was said by another researcher to have parents John Scott (1741-92) married to Margaret Duncan (1742-94).  Is this just a strange coincidence or do you think hit his is something significant here?
