Hello.   In order to discover the parents and origin of my South ancestor, I have been researching South family from New Jersey as they moved westward through Pennsylvania, Kentucky, West Virginia to Ohio. Would like to connect with others who are trying to sort out the South family in the early 1800s and prior.

MY ANCESTOR:Samuel South, born 1807 in Ohio (parents from New Jersey per census)  married in Licking County Ohio in 1826 to Marada Bascom.       GAYLE FOSTER
