Hi Anna,
From your profile page, use the Add pull-down menu and select Invitations.
Chose the type of member you want and follow those directs.
Let us know if this is not clear and you need further help.

Alternatively,
From the profile in question, if you are PM of that profile, go to the Privacy Tab and look for Add to Trusted List. Invite them through that method.
