How do I change my E-mail address?

My computers were stolen in a home burglary.  I had to change my E-mail address and CANCEL the old one.  Either for that reason or because of the computer-disabilities associated with old age I have not been able to follow the instructions given.  My new E-mail address is   email removed for privacy .  I would be happy to keep my old password, but can easily change it if necessary.

Hi anon,

For now remove your email address from your question and wait for help from a tech. Don't leave your email out there for everyone to see.

Changing your e-mail address

To change your e-mail address click to the edit page of profile, change the E-Mail Address field, and save your changes. You will need to click the save button twice because the first time a pop-up will ask you to confirm the change.

Note that your e-mail address is your WikiTree login. The next time you come to the site you will need to use your new e-mail address.
