For entertainers I found this
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Italian-American_entertainers
Also Marconi-13 should definitely be added.
Wow, Henry Mancini and Harry Belafonte too! Who wants to add all these people? That wikipedia article is awesome!
And Gugliemo Marconi (not an entertainer, but without him perhaps a whole range of entertainers would not have had an outlet)
Sadly, it doesn't seem that Harry Belafonte is of Italian roots. Acc toWiki (which quotes Harry himself)
Belafonte was born Harold George Bellanfanti, Jr.[5] at Lying-in Hospital on March 1, 1927, in Harlem, New York, the son of Melvine (née Love), a housekeeper of Jamaican descent, and Harold George Bellanfanti, Sr., a Martiniquan who worked as a chef. His mother was born in Jamaica, the child of a Scottish white mother and a black father. His father also was born in Jamaica, the child of a black mother and Dutch Jewish father of Sephardi origins. This is all Harry says about his Jewish grandfather, whom he never met: “a white Dutch Jew who drifted over to the islands after chasing gold and diamonds, with no luck at all”.

I would think that the name was more likely to be Spanish in origin, due to Spain's historical takeover of Holland in the late 16th C.
