Beaugrand Mystery

I am working on my Beaugrand-Champagne ancestors today.

I have a daughter (Marguerite) born in January 1801 and a son (Joseph), age 20 mos, (so born about January 1801) buried in September 1802.

There is no indication that Marguerite was a twin.

There is a second date in Joseph's burial (July) but in Drouin he is listed as buried in September not July and died the previous day. His burial entry is in the proper order in the register.

Could someone look and see if I am missing something.

Nope, you're not missing anything.  Just been up and down the records to see if he was baptized later than his sister, no trace.  The only possibility is that the priest mistook the age of the child, and wrote 20 months when he should have written another figure.  Since the boy has no descendants, I wouldn't worry too much about him.
