Why doesn't change log on both profiles reflect marriage changes?

A recent discussion about how to link to Thomas Jefferson-1's likely concubine Sally Hemmings-109 resulted in Sally being detached as "spouse" of Jefferson (because wikitree offers no union-relationship option other than married). See her change log here:

However, Jefferson-1's  change log includes no such change. Shouldn't a marriage change be logged on both profiles ?

Excellent point, Jillaine.  I never thought to check.  It seems that both profiles should show a change when a marriage is added or removed, since that data is associated with both profiles.
