Which surname for the KINGS of FRANCE should we use on WikiTree, (OF_FRANCE) or (CAPET)?
PHILIP (PHILIP I) "The Amorous" De France (Capet-120) and
PHILIPPE (PHILIPPE II) "The Amorous" (OF_FRANCE-243)

PHILIPPE AUGUSTE (CAPET-12) DE FRANCE

LOUIS (Capet-11)

Thank you for your help :-)

Capet is the correct Last name at birth (LNAB) for this branch of the Kings of France.
Capet. We never use "of " locations if we can help it ( nor De, de, la, ex, Van, Von, atte, at, and there are others). It is great that you asked at G2G. I am never sure myself sometime so I ask (-:
