Is Rardin an Irish name?

I'm having no luck finding a reference to Rardin as an Irish name.  In the US, the name seems to be concentrated in the midwest.  There are Rardins in England.

If you have reason to believe they may be Irish, consider that Rardin may be a misspelling of Riordan or Ríordáin, which are Irish names.
