Will someone act as my hands? [closed]

I adopted this profile which has been orphaned nearly four years ago because, Richard Burley is allegedly my 19th great uncle. While attempting to add a source citation, I received an error message indicating that before I cut and paste this text into his text block, I'll have to run some sort of gauntlet through the "pre 1500 profiles". Perhaps someday, when I have time in my schedule I will discover enough free time to waste on such an endeavor. Meanwhile, here is a citation for this un-sourced an ignored profile.

Lee, Sidney, ed. Dictionary of National Biography. Vol. XLIV. New York: Macmillan, 1895. Print.

Will someone please cut and paste it to the profile? Also, please removed the useless text which is the only source citation this profile has had since its origin in 2012.

Firsthand knowledge, I think not.

I'll check back when I've returned from traveling.

Yes I can do this.

Hi Michele

I completed the action but am confused.   The source material Vol 44 of the Dictionary has a reference, page 285, to a Richard Burley, under the discussion relating to Sir Richard Pembridge, stating, in part that his eventual heir [of Pembridge] were his nephews, one of which was a Sir Richard Burley.  It goes on to state that this Richard Burley was the son of his [Pembridge] sister Amicia and Sir John Burley.  Burley was represented by the Earl of Portsmouth.  This is not what we show on wikitree.  I have left it but please drop me a note on your return.
Great follow-up Doug!
Thank you Doug.

Yes, I see that Burley is an aside in Pembridge's bio. But, rather that loose track of the citation, I like to attach it to a profile. This was actually more useful in my offline software because this family hadn't been fleshed out. The gedcom came from a now deceased cousin who had Burley connected to no one but an unsourced wife. Rather, I should say his sources are not included in the electronic file, I live 1800 miles from his last residence and who knows what his children did with his files. I'm just happy to have these clues to point me in a direction.  I am loathe to discard info. Who knows if it will be useful a few steps down the path. Meanwhile, if forthcoming information indicates this Burley and the one mentioned in connection to Pembridge are different men, electronic files are quick and easy to edit.  :-)

I'll touch base when I return.
