There is a contradiction but I believe they are the same person.  Should I reject it to solve later or do something else?

You have a third option. Solve it now. In your circumstances, I have done all three options, depending on my whim, interest, or time available.
I had a similar profile within in my family tree.  The exact name, date of birth, location.  In the end I purchased the birth certificate.  Yes all the details were exactly the same but different parents - he had been adopted into the family.
What was eerie was the father had the same name (first and last name) as the family that adopted him.

It may help if you include the profile number then others could take a better look at the facts and help you resolve it.
