How do I delete an individual created by another with a link error?

Question

John Dean 550 created by Morris German links John to George Rodgers  Dean and lists John's siblings. This is a error. There were two George Dean' men in Clark Co., KY in the early 1800's. George Rodger Dean is a different individual and therefore John is linked to the wrong father and his siblings do not belong in the family of George Rodger Dean. I have attempted to contact Mr. German with no success in getting this corrected. The John Dean I would like to be attached is #4055 not # 550. Thank you for any remedy you may be able to offer.
