I suspect that Edmund Hungerford (Hungerford-352) born 1516 in "Down, Gloucestershire" with no parents, spouse, siblings or children is the same as Edmund Hungerford (Hungerford-765) born c. 1515 in Down Ampney, Gloucestershire (parents not added yet as they are pre 1500), wife Ursula Ferrers, children Anthony, Sir John, Edmund, Bridget, Ursula.

I suggested the possibility of a merge a month ago but haven't heard anything. But as there is no data there at all, is it better to just ignore the possible match?

And yes, all the data on the -765 profile will appear on the merged -352 profile, just waiting to be cleaned up.

In this case, as the other Edmund Hungerford has no connections and no information and no valid sources, I would propose the merge.  The Profile Manager for that profile hasn't been active for 11 months, so the merge request will probably receive default approval.
