There is a Catherine Woodhouse in the Catholic school in North William Street in Mountjoy, Dublin in the 1901 census.
In the 1911 census in the UK she is with her husband and children (William Henry and Reginald) at 38 Clapham Road.
There are multiple entries for her in the electoral register for Camberwell in the 1920s and 1930s but I assume it's her parents that you're after.
Based on family trees on Ancestry her parents appear to be John Woodhouse (1844-) and Mary Coyle (1844-), married 1863, and she had siblings John Joseph (1864-1946), William (1867-1898), James (1870-), Mary Anne (1873-1919), Patrick Christopher (1875-1894), Michael Thomas (1879-1879) and Elizabeth (1880-). While the siblings are definitely born to those parents, there does not appear to be a baptism record that would clinch Catherine's place.
