I am searching for Ida Turk who married Richard Dowdall in 1899 and had a child named Dorothy in 1901.

This doesn't quite match the question.

All of these sources shows "Ida" being born about 1902. (Looks possibly like the same person in all sources.)

The OP asked for a marraige date of 1899 between Ida Turk and Richard Dowdall, having a child named Dorothy born in 1901. This means that Ida Turk has a birth year before 1883 (as a first order estimate).

Of course the more information, the better.

Allegheny Co., Marriage License No 24364: Richard residence NY b. Dec. 1861; Ida Turk born Brady's Bend PA, aged 28 (birth abt.1871)  Other records indicate he was born in Canada. I'ma not familiar with PA, but maybe the town clerk would have a birth record?

The only other Ida Turk I could find born about this time was the dau. of William and Sarah Turk, but she married Edward Matson.
