If this is the right man it looks like he ended up in Pennsylvania and it doesn't look like he ever married.

1940 census: https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/KQFW-C8K (wrong birth state in this census)

1930 census: https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/XHDD-S27

1920 census: https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/MNMD-YJY

1910 census: https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/MGQ2-7C3

WWI Draft Card: https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/K6VH-86N (Pay attention to the birth date, is it the same as Claude's?  If it matches this is probably the best proof that he moved to PA. It almost certainly makes those other censuses correct.)

Also see the birth record at https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/VR9Q-X9T . The given name is Clide Perse Sackett, son of C.P. Sackett and Martha Hart.
