Who's up for a Collins Challenge?

Does anyone have evidence that can link Aramantha S. "Ann" Collins to Tranquility (Tranquilla) Collins?  Both young ladies were married 29 Oct 1849 in Marshall County, MS.  I suspect that they were sisters or relatives.  Despite my best effort, I can not find any record of either of these Collins girls before the day of their wedding.  Does anyone have any information about these Collins girls?  I would love to know the names of their siblings and parents.  Aramantha reports having been born in North Carolina on the censuses.  Tranquility reports her birthplace as Alabama.  If they were sisters, this could help us track the movements of their family.  Thank you for your help.

Try Colleran --- my great grandmother's name was switched from Colleran to Collins when she came to the USA to sound more "American."
