Need to Merge But One is Red Privacy

Question

Apparently I created Wilhelmina Pflugfelder twice, and now they need to be merged, but Pflugerfelder-16 has Red Privacy because there was no birth date.  And to top it off, it is now an orphan.  I have no idea how I did this, but now Pflugfelder-16 and Pflugfelder-17 need to be merged.

Adopt the orphaned profile then merge the two.

Pflugfelder-16, click the adopt this profile next to no profile manager then change the privacy setting and merge the two profiles.

Would if I could, but the Privacy setting is Red, and you can't adopt those profiles.
