Isaac K. Lamb, according to Census records, was born on 2 Feb 1817 in North Carolina. He married sometime about 1845 in perhaps Georgia or Mississippi to Martha A. R...... (21 Sep 1821 - 26 Nov 1892).  Five of the six children of Isaac and Martha were born in Mississippi, Alabama and Florida before the family arrived in Texas about 1857. Their sixth child was born in Texas.
