I added my cousin to the Trusted List but she cannot access some names

I added my cousin to the trusted list she tried to add to her family that I have already added but cannot. WHY

Has she joined as a member, volunteered and signed the Honour code?

Your sister needs to be added to the trusted list on any profile she wants to add or make changes too, If you are her are not the profile manager of the profile send the profile manager a request to be added to trusted list of the profile she want to add too. She also has to be a member of WikiTree and have agreed to the honor code. Guest member can not make changes to profiles.
