According to The Barbour Collection (See Ricker Compilation, page 9433), Hannah Osborn, the daughter of John (Osborn) and Ann (Oldage), was born December 18, 1657 at Windsor, Connecticut. And on November 26, 1675 she married Elias Shadock in Windsor. Another woman named Hannah Osborn, who lived in Stonington, Connecticut, married John Ashcroft of Stonington December 27, 1670. The daughter of John & Ann would have been only 13 at the time of this marriage, so she could not be the Hannah Osborn who married John Ashcroft. The Ricker Compilation, on page 11343, says that Elias Shaddock died May 26, 1676, also in Windsor, and that Hannah Shaddock, widow, the daughter of John Osborn, Married Benjamin Egelston at Windsor on March 6, 1678. On pages 4375-4384 of the Ricker Compilation we find the births of Benjamin Eggleston's children from 1680 to 1697. Hannah could not also have been married to John Ashcroft and Deliverance Blackman at the same time.
I suggest that we remove the Ashcroft and Blackman marriages from this profile and attach them to a profile for a new Hannah Osborn.
