How to change the last name (surname) at birth for a profile ?

Question

Trying to change the last name at birth from Van Trump to Selman to correct last name at birth entered in error at creation of profile.

Name at birth was Henry Garfield Selman then after adoption last name changed to Van trump.

I am helping Peggy Combs who created the profile for Henry Selman (Garfield) Van Trump

Only managers can change the LNAB. Click on the edit tab, in the data section, there is a field for Last Name at Birth. Directly after the name, if you're a manager, you will see edit. Click on edit and follow the directions.
