I don't know how to correct a mistake

I added a profile for Charles Livingston Hubbard, but I attached him as the child of his sister, Jeannie Patterson Livingston Hubbard Denig.

So I tried to remove him as Jeanne and her husband Robert's child, and thought I had, and tried to attach him to his real parents, Lester Samuel Hubbard and Jane Patterson Livingston.

But suddenly all the children of Jeanne still have him as a sibling and it's looking pretty weird out there.  I'd be willing to delete every individual beneath Jeanne and start again, but I have no idea how to delete someone.  I'm afraid to go on for fear I'll just make everything worse.

Any idea where I go to figure out what to do next?

This is my 2nd day Wiki-treeing.  Thanks for any help.  Best, Mary

Welcome to the adventure of WikiTree.  You've made a very common mistake.

Open the profile's EDIT, (second in the green bar at the top)

Find on the top right, Mother, edit.  Click on that, at the bottom, find "remove Mother" click on that.

Ditto Father.

Write down the LNAB- (number) for each  real parent.  Back to the Main Profile,

Find Where the father's name  goes, click on that and type the father's LNAB and Number in the  box on the right.

Ditto mother.
