Wrong Lineage [closed]

Good Friday Genealogist;

I need help to remove a lineage that was formely merge. I have tried many times to contact the person that done the wrong merge but has not been on line since 2014. I need to remove Jean Baptiste Theriault married to Genevieve Pinet forward. They are the wrong parents of Jean Baptiste Theriault married to Christine Francoeur.. Thank you  very much...Lise

You need to remove both the mother and father?

I can not access Ancestry.com....and I can not read the pic you uploaded. Are the siblings also incorrect for Jean Baptiste Theriault?

I did that, it did not help. Anyways going back to your original question, the profile was not merged, the parents where added by the profile manager and he was active last in February this year.
