Why can't the profile manager see the 'Orphaned Family' selection from the drop-down list?

I'm trying to help Liz Edens-309, the profile manager for Martha Ruffin Claiborne, find any of Martha's orphaned ancestors who are available for adoption. If I use the drop-down list under Martha's Wiki-id I can choose 'Orphaned Family' and see a list of her ancestors, with the orphaned ones highlighted, but Liz says that option isn't in the drop-down list she sees. Is this because Liz is the profile manager? Or is there a glitch? It seems to me like the profile manager would be the person most likely to want to see that list, so I hope it's not set that way intentionally.

I checked out your finding and that is the case.  I checked a couple of people I'm the PM for and neither Orphan option appeared.  But when I went to the grandfather of Robert Heinlein (Samuel who is orphaned) they appeared.  I don't know why it wouldn't be a good idea to let them show on any profile, but maybe the techs think it would overload the servers. You can, however, go to find ; Orphaned Profiles and then put in a desired surname.  This did show Samuel Heinlein and even showed I'd accessed his profile before (black lettering).
