If you are unable to find your confirmation email, go to this page to have another email sent. Every now and then, they end up lost in cyberspace.

You'll also want to double check the email address on your profile to make sure you entered it correctly, and if all of that fails, send an email to info@wikitree.com with your profile ID and describe the problem you're having.

Hi Barbette - looks like you need to confirm your email address. An email was sent to you that has a link to confirm. May have gone to your spam folder.  Once you have done that step, an option to volunteer should be available.  Welcome to WikiTree :D

Hi Barbette

You are registered as a Guest user of WikiTree.  On your profile page, there is a Yellow box, under your name etc. that will lead you to links to describe the various types of membership, you can click on the links to decide if you would like to Volunteer, and how you should proceed.
