Looking for William Henry Reynolds who lived in England and then Brooklyn, New York

Question

My husband's great-grandfather was William Henry Reynolds - architect, real estate developer, New York State Senator.  He was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1868.  I am looking for this man's father, also named William Henry Reynolds.  This man was born in England-but I have no birth information.
He did come to Brooklyn New York and marry a New York woman named Margaret McChesney.  He died in Brooklyn in 1909.

 

If ANYONE has any information on this William Henry Reynolds - when and where he was born in England, when he immigrated to the United States, PLEASE let me know!
