Looking for verification of Sarah Broscoe's parents (Briscoe-328)

There were several Sarah Briscoes in Milford, CT around 1670. Briscoe-328 married Samuel Northrup around 1671. Various LDS records show her with different parents.

One LDS record has the following information:

There is no proof that Sarah Briscoe who married Samuel Northrup was the daughter of Nathaniel Briscoe and Sarah Beard. IF she was born in 1651, she just might have been their daughter. Some records show that Sarah married Samuel in 1671, but their eldest child was born in 1687. Why such a big gap? Furthermore, there is no proof that Sarah Briscoe was the widow of a Northrup who married (as his 2nd wife) Samuel Clark, but she appears to be the only widow Northrup named Sarah who lived in Milford at the right time to become Samuel Clark's 2nd wife.

I'm wondering if anyone could shed some insight.

Thanks in advance....Dave Holbrook
