Found a lot of Abner B Bells in Florida, Georgia, IL, Kansas, SC, TN and TX.

Do you have your Abner Balder Bell's birth year and location (state, county and city)?

My maternal grandfather was a Bell.

Would there be any additional info such as name of spouse, year and location of marriage; also, year and location of death?

Quick look in FamilySearch yields a 1900 census. Marriage to Martha about 1865. And, birth and parents in Tennessee.

Further search has a likely marriage to Martha Ann Randolph, 14FEB1865, in Tennessee.
