My father Albert Glyn Parker lived Tonypandy believed from Somerset married Melita Glasswell

Question

My dad was in the army he married Melita Glasswell around 1950 she was a Norfolk Glasswell with several sisters Rhodda, Iris,Jessica and brother Jack.

I was born 1952 followed by sister Sandra.

We think his father travelled from Somerset to Wales early part of

century that's all I know he had lots of sisters in Tonypandy Alice , Ethal and Ileen are  3 of them

Would like to know a little of his history please
